FAQ

Driver questions,
answered.

The things drivers and their families ask — cost, linking at the track, where results come from, and what's public.

Getting started

What Driven is, and what it takes to set up.

What is Driven?
One driver profile that follows you to every track running RaceDay. You build it once, give your link code at sign-up, and the track sends your results back to it. You also get a public driver page to share.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Your profile, link code, results, stats and public page are free. Driven Pro ($3/mo or $30/yr) is optional and adds extras like the broadcast look and more on your public page.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Open victoryraceday.com/driven in your phone's browser. To get an app icon, use Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or the install option in Chrome.
Do I need an account or email?
No account. Email is optional and only used for your backup. See Create your profile.

At the track

Getting your card onto a RaceDay lineup.

How do I link my profile at a track?
Publish your card (Card tab) to get your link code. At sign-up, open + Driven link code and type it in. See Link at a track.
I forgot my code at the table.
Show the QR code on Driven's Link page, or ask the race director to link your card later from your driver card in RaceDay.
Do I enter the code every week?
No. Once a track has your card, you just tap your name at sign-up next time.
My track doesn't use RaceDay.
Your card and public page still work. Results arrive automatically only from RaceDay tracks — you can add the others yourself under Stats → Other results. And tell your track about RaceDay.

Results & stats

Where your numbers come from.

Where do my results come from?
The track shares them after it archives the night. Open Settings → Check for new results to pull them in. See Get your results.
Can I add my own results?
Yes, for races at tracks that don't use RaceDay yet, or from apps like Speedhive or MyRacePass. Open Stats → Other results → Add a result (you can fill it from a results CSV). Each one is labeled with the app it came from and kept separate — they never count in your stats. With Pro you can show them on your public page, in their own section below the track-posted results.
A result looks wrong.
Ask the track. Results come from their official scoring, so a fix there is a fix on your page.

Your public page

Sharing your card with fans and sponsors.

How do people find my page?
Tap Share my page on Home, or copy the link from the Card tab. It looks like victoryraceday.com/d/?YOURCODE. See Share your page.
What's public?
Only what's on your card: name, number, and anything you add like hometown, age, bio, highlights, crew and sponsors — plus your track-posted results. Your email is never shown.
How do I change my card?
Card → Edit profile, change it, and tap Save changes. A published card updates automatically.

Driven Pro

The optional upgrade.

What does Pro add?
A header photo, three team colors, the PRO badge, a season form chart, milestone badges, points standings and your other results on your public page, and up to 3 rides on one account. Compare Free and Pro.
I race karts and cars. Do I need two profiles?
No — with Pro, add a ride for each (Settings → Rides → Add a ride), up to 3. Each ride has its own number, colors, photo, sponsors, link code and public page, and its stats stay separate. Your name, hometown and Pro are shared, so it's one account and one subscription. Give the track the link code for the ride you're racing that night.
How do I get it?
In the app: Card → Upgrade to Pro → Get Pro. See Go Pro.
How do I cancel?
Card → Your plan → Manage subscription. If Pro ends, your card goes back to the standard look and keeps all your results. Rides you already have stay; adding another needs Pro.

Your data

Backups, new phones and deleting.

What if I lose my phone or switch browsers?
Download a backup from Settings and keep it somewhere safe (email it to yourself). Restoring it brings back everything. Your link code alone brings back your card, but not your race history. See Back up & restore.
How do I delete my profile?
Settings → Danger zone → Delete my profile. It removes your profile from this device and takes your public card down.
